Their programming has long-term impact for women seeking recovery support in Calgary, and their partnership with Dollar A Day Foundation will help them serve more women like Shay—listen to her story below. In Alberta, Alcove Addiction Recovery Centre for Women runs a residential program for women who are seeking recovery from addiction. Previously a program participant, Addictions and Community Health Professional in training Shay tells us how the program helped them, and the good they do for women all across Calgary.
